Jeremy Miles - Consultant and Executive Coach
I help improve organisational agility by working with businesses to get the most out of their people. I achieve this through a blend of Organisational Development and Employee Engagement. My background combines learning and development consultancy, operational management and internal communications. This gives me a depth of experience to maximise resource efficiency, manage performance and motivate staff, the end result being an engaged workforce and a competitive business.
Having your people aligned with your business goals is particularly important during times of change and in an increasingly competitive landscape. I help organisations at various stages on the maturity curve improve business productivity by enhancing the adoption of change.
Over the past 15 years I have worked in management and consulting roles with clients including Rolls-Royce, GlaxoSmithKline, BP, BMW, Reed Elsevier, Cisco, IBM, the NHS and the World Bank. I have also worked with smaller companies undergoing periods of rapid expansion through either organic growth or acquisition. During this time I have gained a detailed insight into the cultural challenges faced by organisations as they change to remain competitive, and contributed to the development of innovative and flexible solutions.
I am particularly interested in OD projects where my specific organisational development skills can make a significant impact to operational efficiency and employee engagement.
